Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)

Traffic Watch (UK) Ltd has invested significantly
in one of the most advanced traffic survey systems available.

We have in excess of 30 ANPR cameras and can therefore carry out large origin and destination (area wide), multi modal car parks and accurate journey time surveys.

Traffic Watch ANPR systems only use high quality ANPR Infrared cameras (not video cameras).

Our automatic in house recognition software reads the video footage,  which then produces date, time (HH/MM/SS) and full registration plate information for each vehicle, Data can be matched and the duration for each Journey can be calculated. 

The data can be presented for analysis in a basic MS Excel spreadsheet or in a format to suit individual client’s requirements.
